Initial estimate was stated to be 2-3 days, barring no surprises. 1 week backlog was indicated. Appointment was set more than 10 days in advance, but at appointment work time was started to be 1 week. I had specifically worked to have car fixed while wife was ot of town to avoid rental. Had to get rental. Better effort could be given to how long vehicle will need to be in your possession and expense generated due to possession. 1 week to simply replace a bumper cover seems excessive.
