I was made comfortable Day 1 of dropping my car off to the day I had to pick my car up. I had an excellent experience with them. The lady at the front desk was awesome. Jeff Bowman has an awesome way to make a person feel heard. And he goes out of his way to take care of your concerns. I would recommend HIM to anyone who needs car repair. Everyone that assisted me was very pleasant to talk with. I would give them a 5 star rating because they know what needs to be done and they get the job done in a timely manner. This was my first time coming to their shop and they treated me with dignity & respect. They are a GEM in today’s world. They have a sign up inside the office behind the front desk that’s worth reading. I hope this review goes VIRAL !!!! Amanda was so nice to work with. She was able to address my security concerns at check-in. I received almost daily updates throughout the process. At pickup time, Amanda was there again to review the repairs and communicate next steps to me. It really was very easy!!
