Some steps were left untouched (windshield trim) but was in the appraisal from State Farm (and I paid for it). I alerted the staff at pickup but I’m surprised these details were missed!

Some things were not completed that were in the adjuster's estimate as well as the work-order at Caliber. When I inquired, the people were defensive until I pointed it out. They then asked what exactly was supposed to be done (hint: it's in the report and work order). Now I wonder if they did the paintless dent repairs--I'll need to have it looked at by an independent shop. In addition to everything else, after I drove it off the lot and to the rental shop across the street, my car wouldn't start. Caliber came over to jump it, but the battery was only 6 months old. Perplexed at what had happened, I discovered that the techs had left the dome lights on.

The repair looks great. I was happy with the overall experience and the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. The interior was detailed, so it was clearer than when I took it in, which was a big bonus in my case cause it was filthy! Thanks for doing that extra step.

It took longer than what they stated. It came back with more scratches, drove over 10 miles in a day for what,? Customer service was rude, didn’t even show me my vehicle upon pick up or walk around it with me
