Repair was half done. After leaving the car for 10 days Caliber didn’t finish work fully. Missed to do few fixes and called and schedules delivery with me. I was asked about other issues with car when I went to leave the car and I mentioned issue with my brake and truck door. Caliber didn’t even not it down and nothing was checked before Scheduling delivery. When I went for picking up I saw that work was not completely done as requested by me. Caliber finished only the things insurance mentioned. So, I had to leave the car again there for 4 days and arrange rental car. I came to caliber as my friend referred it to me, but little disappointed with how the things are handled and lack of coordination. It is not about money it is about the inconvenience caused my all these small things.

Everyone was professional and very nice, we were well taken care of. The communication was fantastic! We were well informed the entire process. This was the first time we needed work done on our car and we will only come here for future work.
