When you see good workers and people who really enjoy their job, you need to keep them because they present a positive expectation of what they do for the client. I’ve been with other companies and they were not as professional, courteous, and committed to taking care of the person and their car.! did you ever think about giving them a bonus or a raise so that you can keep them?.

I had a wonderful relationship with caliber collision. You know when you have a accident, you’re nervous wondering what’s going to go on and how it’s gonna be paid for but more than anything else you want to be sure your car is returned to what it was before your accident. Well caliber collision actually did more to raise my spirit and make me feel comfortable. Not only did they take care of the concern, but they were very pleasant and caring and that’s what makes them so great.

I got a call to let me know that my car was done and I greatly appreciate it. The fact that they provided me with a ride but the person who provided the ride was wonderful pleasant and it seems as though he has done that for a long time. He was a joy.

While the hail repair was great, the warranty repair was either never completed or done incorrectly. My car is still having mechanical issues and the branch keeps putting off calling me to fix it.
