My Experience

My husband picked up the car and I didn't see it until later. There was tape residue left on the driver door. I had to use alcohol to remove it. A minor detail but it does not give the impression of thoroughness. Also, the reliance on texting for updates without courtesy calls and automatically being put on hold even after the call being initiated by Caliber actually was an unprofessional touch I could have done without. Otherwise, in person everyone was great.
