We have some major problems. Roof trim is not sitting correct, there are grease prints on the headliner, Sun visor and sun roof cover, the car was littered with dust and particles from the head liner. The drivers door is not connected, the rear middle seat upholstery was flopping around, and there is water damage. The whole car smells like mold. There are rust stains cup holders the key left in the driver side holder is now rusted. There was water in the center console. My wife has tried to clean some of it up but this is unacceptable. This was on top of calling and being told I would be called back multiple times and was not called back. I was told the car would be done about four different times and then the date moves

I was very impressed at the look of the area that was damaged. You can’t even tell anything happened. Job well done. I would recommend y’all to anyone. The fact that the manager personally came and reassured me that if anything felt out of place or wasn’t running right after I left to just give them a call back made me feel much better. Y’all have a customer for life along with everyone I push yalls way.
