They were very nice and put me at ease right away. They stayed in touch everyday which kept me abreast on the timetable on the finished product. They also finished the repair early and called me at the end of the day on a Friday to let me know. And they stayed late to wait for me to pick it up so I could have my car on the weekend. I dropped the car off on July 1. There was a little down time with the holiday and then we had a hurricane on July 8. Cailber was without power for a period of time but Sam called me on 7/10/24 explaining the lack of power. I assumed it would be quite a while before I got my car back but it was ready on July 13. Very pleased with the service and being updated on the progress. Excellent customer service!

I was very pleased that Sam kept me updated with the status of repairs. They got my car repaired pretty quickly despite the July 4th holiday and then a hurricane coming through on July 8 which resulted in the shop losing power for some time.

The paint matched great as this was a tri coat that’s hard to match. Personnel was very friendly. Specifically Teresa and Edwin. They kept us informed on progress. Job was completed time wise as we expected.

Edwin did a great job keeping me informed during the repair timeline. You set a target completion date and then made it, well done. My only concern regards OEM parts not being 100% used, but Edwin explained that requirement is set by St. Farm. That's too bad. Thank you for backing your repair with a lifetime guarantee.
