I called to get update on my car, they said the person incharge of my repair will call me back, they never did call me back. There is a light on, on my dashboard. Fixed and paint only the body of the car but refuse to fix any mechanical issue caused by the accident.

This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had with a body shop. I was very disappointed. It was supposed to take max two weeks and they have had my car for a month, without calling after i selected to be called twice a week, not once did i get called and i had to call and then did not get a call back from my point of contact after leaving a voicemail. They then they said it was ready, I went to pick it up and not only is is not done and was told to bring it back, but had a spot that needs to be repainted and one part that was cut and needs to be replaced AND on top of that when they pulled it around there was a nail in my tire that was not there when i dropped off and then after filling it with air, they said to go to discount tire and see if they could fix it with my own money even though there was not a nail in my tire when I dropped it off and now there is after being there for a MONTH with no call even after reaching out. Very disappointed and will not be returning after (hopefully eventually) getting my car back fixed and COMPLETE.

My car was returned to me with a major component disabled. Correctly stated that manufacturer required OEM glass but said I had to fix it myself with the manufacturer. Refused to reach out to the insurance company with me to explain to them the problem Texas law requires the car to be restored to pre-accident conditions. I spoke with the insurance company and they agree this shop, however did not seem to care. To make matters worse, there was a plug to cover a hole in the door that was left off. When I got home, I discovered that one of the sensors and the door was not working and the trim around the door was not completely attached. I took it back to the shop and they said that there was a plug that was not completely plugged in The shop clearly. lacks quality control. I had a previous experience with caliber collision 12 years ago in Corpus Christi, Texas and had to get the insurance company involved for them to finish their job after three months. I had assumed this was a rare occasion, but this is two for two for your company and I will never use you again nor will I recommend you in fact, I will do more than that I will warn people against you
