Caliber Collision on Egypt Lane made the repair of my Toyota Highlander a complete pleasure!! Robert Benet was very courteous and helpful and kept me fully informed during the process. One would not have believed that my vehicle had been in an accident. I would gladly recommend this location for Caliber Collision to my family and friends!! Not hoping for repeat business, but if so......I would expect the same great service!!

Travis and Tony were highly communicative about the progress of my car repair and answered all of my questions. Caliber Collision was able to get all of my repairs completed within a week whereas others were estimating it would take months. My car looks brand new! They even cleaned the inside which was amazing. Only thing I haven’t been able to check is the paint but that’s because it’s been raining so much.

Upon entering Brilly is ready to assist you with questions, requests to speak with anyone, and should you leave something in the car after drop off, she will retrieve for you. Tony is amazing and will explain all repairs and time required for each repair to provide a time frame for repairs. The text messages are nice updates to receive.
