My truck was repaired and restored to new condition, parts were replaced and repainted perfectly. The vehicle looks better than it did before it was hit so 5 star satisfaction on that end. Stacey also went above and beyond afterwards to ensure that all mechanical aspects of the damage were repaired and inspected properly. It was a great experience with her and Caliber Collision!

Thanks again, Travis and Team for taking care of our Honda in the time stated. We are pleased with the results of fixing the front plastic grill which had a crack in it. One suggestion: I had to call two times to see if the parts ordered had come in. It might be helpful to call the customer when parts are received, to then schedule an appointment. I had to initiate that. Possibly it was at end of year and things were hectic, but I did want to mention that. - Sincerely, Stan

We were extremely happy with our experience at Caliber Collision. They completed our repairs in a timely manner with frequent text messages to update us along the way, which we greatly appreciated! The entire staff was super friendly and easy to work with. While I hope to never need a collision repair done again, I will absolutely return in the event that I do and will certainly refer friends.

When I got my truck back I noticed a light was on related to what was fixed. I asked the representative about it, and rather than looking into it he stated I would need to contact insurance. After contacting insurance, they have stated this is something Caliber should have looked into.

Tony was very attentive to my vehicle and was complete ahead of the promised date. The facility is new and clean and close to my home.
