Especially after a troublesome case of a hit and run, I was over the moon as to how fast and how pristine me car turned out after the repairs!!! Ali was absolutely amazing and was so transparent with me throughout the whole process. The text updates were reassuring along the way. I had made a special request as well about my front bumper and Ali and the team went above and beyond to help me with that!! They covered up the bracket holes from the front bumper and it looks seamless!!! 10 star repair and customer service. Thank you again!

The repairs to the front bumper ended up amazingly. One of the headlights was a bit misaligned but it does not affect the functionality of the car. One thing I did notice, which is why I didn't give a full 10, is because there was quite a bit of scuffs, scratches, and dirt on the inside of my car that did not have before. Dirt scuffs on the seats and ceilings that would smudge when attempting to remove them, and a scratch on the center console cover. Minor things, of course, but still satisfied!

There was overspray in engine compartment area and Now hearing noise, on the right turn.
