Needed to return vehicle immediatly, noticed a molding clip missing, Tech added a clip, still not fastened tightly to door. Must return to have them complete work.

Received call that car was done. When I arrive, person behind the counter stated, he will go see if the car is ready. I explained I received a phone call two hours ago, it should be. The car was ready. No one walk around the vehicle and explained what body work was completed.
