Unfortunately, this is not my first experience with your company. But as usual everyone from the receptionist politeness and making sure all paperwork was in order and if I needed a rental that ia pick up was there for me. The intake person fully explained the process of evaluating the damage, writing up the estimate and then starting the repairs. I was kept informed of each step by both an email and a phone call. The repairs needed to be done to my vehicle were fully explained and any questioned were answered satisfactory. The repairs of my car were completed as given in the estimated time of repairs. Upon receiving my car one would never know that there had been any damage. I am extremely pleased, and would recommend your company!
