They repaired the insured damage but totally ignored my additional work I refused to accept my car.

I was notified after the shop was closed that I had to come in the next morning to pick it up. Aftercancelling another appointment, I came in, waited at the desk for 15 minutes for someone to show upat the desk. I then searched the entire shop before I finally found someone to check me out.

I have been here in the past before they became Caliber....and liked the customer service. However this time I felt extremely rushed dropping off and picking up my car. I was going to ask about getting additional work done in conjunction with my insurance paid work....but I was so rushed that I changed my mind. They rather tell me what they are not going to do instead of giving me that warm feeling that I got in the past. Then upon picket I was just handed the keys and a pamphlet and sent on my way. Very disappointed
