My car was fixed on time as promised by Nick. He was also kind enough to drop off my car at my work since I didn't get a rental car which I believe is an excellent customer service! I will definitely use Caliber Collision again!

I would never recommend the Willard Rd location again unless someone replaces this guy or trains him in how to speak with the customer!

Originally, I went to your Willard Rd. location where I have entrusted you with my vehicles. The male at the desk was horrible and didn't even recommend me taking my vehicle to your other locations. I frankly ended up driving to Manassas where I experienced great customer service as in the past. I almost walked away.
