Surface prep on bumper cover not correct. Trunk does not close or open at it did before accident.

My battery was dead when I went to leave and had to get it jumped to later find out that the light inside my car was left on. Now the light will not work. I need that light as I have a baby that is in a car seat and I leave for work at 5 in the morning. I still do not think my driver door closes all the way as it should. It just seems that the repair to my door was rushed and not completed as well as it should have been. I am very disappointed with the way things were handled this time around. Your people took the time to walk around my car when I droped it off and I poined out the damage and told the the door was part of it and the totally ignored me and wrote it off as prior damage without even asking me. Then when I got the call from Kenny and he made no mention of the door I called him and told him about it and he told me it would be fixed. The door is not back to what it was before the deer hit my car. Had I know this was going to be an issue for your shop, I would have taken it somewhere else.
