I was called at 230pm on a Saturday saying my car was ready and had to be picked up by 500pm - no explanation given. Picked up the car and a warning light was on. It was a simply fix that took an additional 10 minutes, but don’t call and rush me if the car isn’t 100 percent.

We are highly dissatisfied with the quality of repairs and the overall experience. Although the vehicle was in your shop for a full month, the work appears rushed and substandard. Since receiving the car on 3/19, we have identified several new issues that were not present prior to drop-off: the passenger front door is misaligned, cannot be opened from the inside, and the exterior handle feels unstable. Additionally, the vehicle no longer recognizes the key fobs. We also noted new scratches on the exterior. Having our household reduced to one vehicle for a month was a significant inconvenience, and to receive it back in this condition is unacceptable. We expect a prompt resolution.

I really appreciate the young lady that was there when I picked up. Wasn't sure I would make it by 530 so I called and she agreed to wait. Luckily I made it right at 530. Great customer service.
