Caliber Collision assisted my daughter with a recent repair with her car. According to her, they were professional and pleasant. They explained to her thoroughly the work that would be done. The company communicated consistently during the process. Although the work took longer than she expected, the reason was due to a damaged part received for her car, and the company corrected this issue and requested immediately a new part. They also assisted her securing a rental. When she picked up her car, it had been washed and vacuumed. The estimate given before the work was very close to the target amount. She especially liked working with her customer advisor during the entire process. It is stressful having repairs done to your car; however, Caliber Collision made this an easy process.

Yes, I would recommend this business to others. Their staff is courteous, helpful, and professional. Flo was so kind and explained the process in detail. The location was accessible, and although this appears to be a very busy place, the team is personable. Each customer is given individual attention. Having a well/trained Customer Advisor is critical to customer satisfaction. Again, I would like the company to recognize Flo who truly cares about helping people.

From start to finish, the team was transparent in the work that was needed, especially Service Advisor, Flo. The estimate was very accurate in terms of cost. A damaged part was re-ordered, and I was especially impressed with the efforts to replace the part instead of using the damaged part. The re-order caused a delay in the delivery, but I was impressed that they wanted to assure quality parts were used. In terms of the quality of repairs, it is hard to determine except visually.

My estimate appointment was on time and efficient. First impressions are important. They worked with my work schedule in order to schedule the repairs. The team also helped me to secure my rental and allowed me to turn in my rental at Caliber during my pick up. To my delight, my car was washed and vacuumed.
