The staff were always courteous and friendly, but they were very disorganized. My car was ready on Friday, 7/5, but I had to call on Wednesday, 7/10 in order to get a status update on my repair. It turned out my car was ready, but no one contacted me to tell me that it was ready. If the repair and rental weren’t being covered by the other driver’s GEICO policy, I would have been upset because I would have had to pay for several more days with the rental car than I actually needed. Additionally, I received a text that my estimate had been uploaded to the GEICO website, but it was never uploaded, so I never saw it. I have not been satisfied with the communication from the Caliber Collision team during this experience.
