Daisy was amazing. She was very knowledgeable at drop off and helped me to feel like I was leaving my car in good hands. She also communicated well and provided frequent updates. Our car was return better than before the accident. We were left very satisfied.

“Completely satisfied” is an understatement!!! Every aspect of our experience with Caliber Collision on Margaret Wallace was soooo positive! The folks at the front desk were so friendly and efficient and knowledgeable… made it soooo easy to do business with them! And Pip and Isabel were beyond amazing with their knowledge and helpfulness and friendliness and total focus on customer satisfaction! OH …. and the car looks BRAND NEW!!!!! SUCH great work! I DEFINITELY recommend Caliber Collision on Margaret Wallace! There’s no better place in all of Charlotte!

Eileen was extremely helpful! I didn’t have to lift a finger…I got into a rental immediately after dropping off my vehicle and she took care of everything! Car looked amazing—it was detailed too! Eileen is the bomb! No complaints!

I had a great experience with Isabel and her team! They went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with the outcome of my car. At first, the paint color wasn’t matching quite right, but Isabel and her team addressed the issue immediately and worked hard to get everything corrected.
