I went with your location because you received such high satisfaction scores from Google reviews and I also felt like I wasn’t treated right by the Caliber location a little further down towards charlotte. Everybody I encountered, even if they weren’t directly serving me, was extremely professional and polite and respectful. Your service team really went above and beyond to keep me informed about the status of my job and they finished a week ahead of schedule. I would recommend you to everyone that needs bodywork.

They did a wonderful job on my car and communication all the way until the end. The only problem i had was the fact that they waited less then a hour before close on a Friday to txt me and say my car was ready for pick up.
