Everyone there was so friendly, and the woman at the front desk was so helpful, especially with getting everything sorted out for my Enterprise rental. Caliber took more than 2 weeks to fix damaged door panels due to deer accident. Job was not done right as there were scratches on the inside of the doors and extremely dirty on the inside. Then they tell me they are not detailers. Well don’t make a mess first then that you don’t want to clean. I left car with them for 3 more days and after that I still find scratches on inside of the door panels. Not a very efficient body shop. I would never come back to this Body shop. Lots of promises but poor implementation. Poor finishing and only excuses and more excuses.

Customer service was not good. I had to keep calling to ask for updates. Then they got confused about when I should be picking up the vehicle, when it had been clearly discussed before that I needed the car back before Monday, yet they were asking me to collect on Monday. Poor !!!

Did a good job. Think they over charged. Tire pressure on the side of bump was adjusted to 50 which is tooo high for my car. Did give me the car in a week which was good.
