Both Jenny and Mitchell were great at communicating . They were both available anytime I had questions. Mitchell did a great job repairing the damage on my car . He kept his promise and had the car ready a day before promised even though he was sick . I loved receiving the text updates.

Exceptional customer service, and top-tier quality. That is what I experienced at caliber collision in Marietta. From day one they beat my insurance adjuster to the call to accommodate coordinating getting my vehicle fixed, kept me updated along the way via phone and text and made the entire process really seamless and I didn't have to think or feel worried about the status of my vehicle. And the icing on the cake is that they found my long lost AirPods that was hidden underneath my seat when they cleaned my car after they fixed the damages from the accident. Just wow, words do not truly give justice to how much I appreciate my experience. Very satisfied!
