The team of professionals were outstanding: Brian Nichols exhibited excellent mangerial skills during the entire repair process. I was particularly impressed with his expertise and knowledge with the car repair industry. The body repairman, Oscar, was meticulous with handling the body work. He handled the work quite well. The painter was also professional and handled the job well.

If I'm asked, I would say that they were ok and explain my issues. Other than that I wouldn't suggest someone should go there.

There are a couple of issues that I'm not sure is worth taking it back for... 1. It pulls to the right now (I don't even remember it pulling to the right after the wreck). 2. It has a weird rattling sound (I remember that being there, just not so loud).

I received constant updates until it seemed like I should be receiving updates. When I felt like I should be receiving constant updates, they started to kind of trickle in or I wouldn't get them at all.

The repair is great, the price is good, the people are very friendly. These are all important and appreciated. However, the status reporting is poor - didn't receive phone calls or proactive status. While picking up my vehicle tonight, I also heard another customer complain about the lack of proactive status reports on the repairs. I would recommend your shop to a friend, but would like to see you improve in this area somehow. Having a repair done is stressful and time consuming in our busy lives. Status reports help alleviate the uncertainty. Thanks

The insurance handling was convenient but the car being two days late, the chemical smell in the car, and the less than stellar paint job are some knocks against them.

There are a couple of edges that were either sanded or primed and not painted over. Barely noticeable but still shouldn't be there.

I received regular updates on my car until the day it was supposed to be ready. It ended up taking two extra days for the repair but I had to call to find that out. The updates just stopped.
