Better than expected but they did completely clean up after the paint and resurfacing. There's actually paint spatter on the driver side passenger door which was not damaged, looks like the vehicle was left under a pine tree. Fit and finish of the damaged area was acceptable to me.

I understand CAliber has their disclaimer for not being responsible for items left in the car. That did not make me feel any better when I picked up the car to find someone had taken my parking pass which is linked to my credit card. The shop claimed they hadn't seen it of course but it was there when the car was dropped off and gone when it was returned.

everyone was super nice. The lady up front seem like she had an attitude. Either way me and her never spoke so I guess it doesnt really matter.
