I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Caliber. After being in an accident, I was understandably stressed, but the team made what could have been an overwhelming situation feel completely manageable—and honestly, even reassuring. From the moment I walked in, Ginny greeted me with such genuine warmth and kindness. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and happy to answer my questions without ever making me feel like a bother. That first interaction alone helped calm my nerves and made a huge difference. Jasmyn, my service advisor, was absolutely phenomenal. She stayed in constant communication with me throughout the entire process, sharing updates and checking in regularly. I truly looked forward to her messages—they gave me peace of mind and made me feel like my car (and I!) were in the best possible hands. Not only was the customer service exceptional, but the workmanship blew me away. My repairs were completed faster than expected, and my car looks absolutely incredible—like nothing ever happened. What started as a really stressful experience turned into one where I felt genuinely cared for every step of the way. Paint on repaired part looks slightly different compared to manufacturer parts. We will monitor over time. We were ensured that there’s a lifetime warranty and this can be fixed if needed. The letters on trunk were placed incorrectly. The team reordered and ensured that it will be fixed however we are tasked with the.inconvenience of having to take the vehicle in again. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I was provided updates throughout the process which is appreciated.
