Mitchell and his team at Caliber were supportive and attentive to my needs. They walked me around my vehicle both before and after the work was completed to ensure that I knew what had been done. Mitchell also gave me a level of encouragement by sharing the warranty information. I would recommend this Caliber location for any automotive work that needs to be done.

I think his name was William, and he was very informative and got me in and out quickly. As someone who used to work for Tesla, I can really appreciate great customer service in automotive space and I definitely received that here. The wait didn’t even feel long because the woman at the front desk was so engaging and kind. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience.

The service here was exceptional. From the ladies in the office, Jasmine and Jennifer I believe, made you feel your automobiles repairs would be addressed. Their assistance with rental car pick up and drop off were great. The guys in the shop and office very informative. They keep you updated as the repairs are being made and any changes or delays that may arise. This is the place to take your vehicles for any collision repairs. They are on AUSTELL RD.
