Calibur Collision was great to work with. They let me know what was happening with my car on the day I took it into their shop and on everyday after that. On Tuesday Calibur called me and told me I could come and pick up my car on Wednesday morning. I picked up my car on Wednesday around Noon and it was ready as promised. It looked Great. Great job Calibur Collision!!!

There was a misunderstanding about the hood being repainted I thought the guy told me in order to repaint the hood they would have to strip it to bare metal and repaint but only filled in holes with clear coat. And also the closer you get to the car the more imperfections you see I understand it’s an older car but if you do work to fix someone’s vehicle it should at least look half way decent. Plus I had no choice who to go through with repairs because progressive I guess have some kind of deal with you guys so basically I had no other option and wasn’t super satisfied with how it turned out
