Overall, I am satisfied with the repairs. The workmanship seems great and I appreciate the regular updates made by text message. My disappointment is with the time it took to make the repairs as it exceeded three weeks when we were told it should take two weeks. It appears our car was not touched for the first day or two. Also, after the repair time hit the two week mark, we were told it would be another couple of days, which I was OK with considering we would be gone on vacation but needed the car back when we returned about a week later. The repairs took two more days after that. That is why I was disappointed.

When I dropped my vehicle off I asked to receive an estimate on some previous damage. I had hoped to get this work done while they had the vehicle. I never received the estimate. When I picked up my vehicle I asked again & the estimate was provided. It appeared it had already been provided but staff never notified me.

As a customer knowing someone attempted to break into my car it was quite detrimental. Brining my car to caliber collision in Maryland heights was the best decision. Not only did they make me as a customer feel comfortable knowing my car is in good hands but the communication was amazing. The manager Derek went above and beyond to help and answer all my questions. Jennifer was amazing and very kind as well! Thankful for my car coming back to me fixed but also thankful for the professionals that fixed it!
