I am a huge fan of communication and appreciate the updates either daily or weekly during the time you had the vehicle. I know timelines are fluid, especially when dealing with parts and older vehicles, but being kept up to date really helped put mind at ease and adequate less work for me. My experience started out good. It was a little confusing with the rental car arrangements and a bit of wait when dropping off the car, but it was ready when promised, looks great and Derek even offered to return our rental!

Communication (mostly by text) was incredibly helpful. Didn’t realize my vehicle could be delivered back to me—saved me a lot of scheduling hassles and an uber trip. Repairs completed before estimated time, and they worked seamlessly with my insurance. I hope I don’t have need of a body shop soon, but when I do, I will absolutely call Caliber first!
