I loved getting updates via texts and that they called when it was completed. Also, the convenience of having the rental car company come and get me, then the ease of the rental drop off was amazing. The customer service was outstanding and made this whole ordeal bearable.

This shop is outstanding!!! The customer service and workmanship is exceptional. This is my third time here, and I would never go anywhere else! Shane was my service advisor this time, and he did an excellent job communicating throughout the process. Shane is polite, thorough and very professional! Top-notch all of the way!!

Lucas and the whole team at Caliber were easy and pleasant to deal with. I was quite surprised by the timely and frequent updates they sent me. They notified me of each stage of my car's repair without my having to ask. I'm vety pleased with their customer service, and my car looks like new again. I've already recommended them to friends and would definitely use them again, if necessary.

Lucas was very thorough and helped ease my anxiety when I told him about my accident and showed him the damage. He kept me updated on everything, let me know what had to be replaced, what could be saved, etc. He even gave me the estimate and answered all my questions. If I ever have another accident again with my Honda, I will go to him first thing. Thank you for taking care of my baby this whole time😊 she looks amazing now!
