Both repaired/repainted inside door handles were loose, not fitted properly and door was not cleaned from inside near edges, it have powder residues sticked on inside surface. Removed driver side door trim pair, now it's look ugly without one side door trim. Needs to buy whole set of trim. Who going to eat cost?

The fact that there was a paint drip/bubble that I found when I inspected it told me that the inspection done by the repair crew wasn’t up to standard.

When I discovered the blemish in the paint job, they buffed it or heat smoothed it. But THEN the tech tried to bully me into giving them a 10 star review “or we’ve failed”. How is that appropriate? And how is missing a flaw in a paint job a ten star quality job? I won’t be sending any family vehicles that need repair to Caliber Collision, or at least not this location.

While I understand the damages were more extensive than they anticipated. I only received an initial quote which was 9,000 dollars. I only found out at the end the full extent of the damages of 20,000 dollars. The completion date changed multiple times. We would have just appreciated a longer estimated end date. I would have to call multiple times to inquire about an end date that was given to me and that date just constantly changed for weeks. I was pretty disappointed with the customer service and lack of communication.
