have electrical issues after picking vehicle up. was told they dwere not caused by caliber. Right. no issues before dropping off now multiple. Thanks for the extra bill caliber. I will let Progressive know to just seems like they would like to know.

Not sure if all the damage "way up underneath", was repaired. There was damage "way up underneath " in the original $6,800 quote. Yet the final approved repairs were $5,800. I didn't receive a receipt so I have no way of knowing what "fixes, repairs, or replacements (if any), were done. I'm concerned that the "way up underneath " repairs were not done. Of the work I can see, it looks like Calibre did a nice job. Just can't see "way up underneath."

No problems. Didn't like that I had to pay the $500 deductible and wait for reimbursement from USAA, but that's not Calibre's fault.

Everything was perfect. The Caliber team made an estimate of my repairs, gave me an estimate on how long it would be in the shop. They coordinated with Enterprise Rental Car for a rental. I received regular updates on the progress of the work and finished the work right inline with their estimated time. Everyone had a great customer service attitude, were friendly and respectful. A great team!

Final work is excellent. The repeated delays of parts extended the time the vehicle was in the shop (over 2 months) for an intial estimate of about $5K was disappointing.
