I cannot thank the guys at this shop enough! The repairs were flawless and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Sean was a dream to work with and was wonderful keeping me updated on the status of my repairs. I hope to never need them again, but if so, I won’t go anywhere else!

Highly recommend. Working with Caliber was great! They have all their processes down pat, i.e., temp car rental, communication with insurance company, and excellent customer communication keeping me informed throughout and until repairs were completed. Can't say enough about these folks...great customer service can still be achieved!

Everything good. My only suggestion is to develope a better system to keep the front office informed about what stage the car repair is in. I got conflicting information several times about the stage the car repair was in. This mattered because the car rental was tied to it. There was a happy ending however because the car rental was returned without additional charge. The front desk was courteous and often just didn't know accurately what stage of repair the car was in. A minor point in the overall picture.
