Communication between your local repair shop and your corporate offices needs to be aligned. There were 3 instances where I got different information regarding timelines and completion of repair. The repair took a week longer than originally planned.

My experience at Caliber was excellent. From the initial estimate to repaired vehicle delivery, Jessica Leleux was professional, efficient, kind, and considerate. During the repair process she kept me apprised of the progress and revised completion dates. My car was delivered way ahead of schedule. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to pick my car up for several days. In response, Jessica and her team went the extra mile, and delivered the car to my home. I am hard pressed to ever remember such a complete repair service so focused on customer service and customer appreciation. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for all your vehicle repairs.

Caliber did a wonderful job fixing my Explorer after my accident. I’m extremely satisfied with the customer service, professionalism, and regular communication. They were transparent with what was happening with my vehicle and gave me updates on when my vehicle would be ready. I liked that they walked me out to my vehicle and discussed the repairs, making sure that I was happy with the repairs, even adding to feel free to reach out if I experience any issues.
