Hi my name is Kaitlyn owner of 2026 Vw Taos SE that I recently got on 7/11. That I unfortunately hit a deer. I will say I did appreciate all the daily updates that I got and my service advisor Elizabeth I really thank her for helping me and guiding me through the process, definitely recommend this place for repairs! Made my 2026 vw Taos that was 3 months old look brand new again!

Trust me when I tell you I hate to have to make this more than you hate to have to receive it and I just noticed today that the clips on both sides of the front clip are showing they're visible in other words the clip is not all the way against the frame of the car this is really really frustrating I can't tell you how frustrating this is because I've had issues with other clips but anyway this is Cliff Caldwell 214-918-5775 I mean it makes me wonder is this a brand new clip or is this the clip that came off the car and was damaged the other clip was warped from being backed into what you guys told me and then it wouldn't clip in so this is a brand new one and I can literally see the spacing and the clips standing in front of the vehicle
