The vehicle looks great so far! We are awaiting one part that needs to be re-installed, but other than that, everything is great! Elizabeth and the rest of the staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

The repairs were thorough and of professional quality. Additionally, Dustin assisted me with other minor spots on my vehicle and advised courses of action. The only improvement I would suggest is to ensure to set chest expectations of completion and to proactively communicate any completion slippage promptly. My vehicle was due on Tuesday and I picked it up two days later as I was told the hot weather impacted delivery. However, I had to either call or swing by to understand status as I was not contacted directly. My understanding was the work order was put in on Monday, the parts were in hand, but the technician had not completed the job until Thursday. I didn't get the final understanding as Dustin needed some time off and was on PTO when I picked up vehicle. Overall, I'm very satisfied and happy with the work and the anecdote above is only meant for improvement, not complaint.

Dustin was very communicative about the status of my vehicle and apologized for how long it took to repair but stated that they wanted to make sure the car was safe and properly repaired. He washed the car before returning it and made sure I was satisfied with the repairs.
