The people at the Melissa location were absolutely fantastic! I loved the constant updates that I had the duration of my repair. I understand that there are things that could cause delays and that is unavoidable, and I appreciate the candor in which this information was delivered to me. Took delivery of the vehicle. I was shown around at the work that was done and everything was explained to me very well. . I would not normally seek out this kind of shop to do repairs normally, but these people have changed my mind.
