I pretty much trust the folks at Caliber Collision, but one of my issues with the upper tailgate not working was not resolved. It was diagnosed that the hitch sensor was causing the issue. Thus I took it to the GM dealership for them to diagnose what was going on. It turns out that there are two relays associated with the upper tailgate and there was only one in place. It’s basically a fuse. So it’s been ordered and will be installed later this week by the dealership.
