Friendliness of the staff upon first meeting. Connect with the rental car and how smooth that went. Updates to include an inventory of all parts, cost and proposed timing. WOW!!!

We have taken the truck back 2 times after the initial “fix”. Radio is still not working correctly. We were told it was because it needed the original oem antennae. We once again believed you, however, we still had the oem and put it back on. The radio still is not good.

Couldn’t be worse. 7 weeks later my vehicle still shows dents. I’m over $1,000 out of pocket on rentals. You blame it on Kia not shipping parts on time with no evidence. You rob me of money right before the holidays when I need it most for my children. Cold hearted, uncaring, un-human. I’m in construction, when my vendors don’t come through, do my customers pay the price? Absolutely not that would be absurd. It’s on Caliber to ensure the scope of work contracted was completed in a timely manner, within the timeframe insurance would cover a rental. But no, you put a family in financial obscurity with no regard. Congratulations and Merry Christmas to you all. I’m sure nobody even reads these surveys so what’s the point of me wasting my time writing this. Jokes on me and my family again. You got us. Good job.
