When I picked up my truck it had rock chips not caused by myself may have been from tow. Also my truck broke down in the middle of the road mins from leaving your shop. My hybrid system which had no issues prior to incident and repair malfunctioned stranding in me in the middle of traffic on highway 5. Thank God it wasn’t a major highway and my kids and wife were not in the car. When I reached back out to resolve I was lied to by a service agent saying I would receive an immediate call back. After waiting half an hr I called back they informed me the shop was closed that it wouldn’t be open until Monday ( it’s Friday). Leaving me stranded again with no vehicle. Your team needs to do better at performing diagnostics before allowing people to get back into unsafe vehicles. This could have been worse and shouldn’t have happened.
