They worked quickly and efficiently, which helped reduce the amount of time I was having to pay for my car rental. They kept me up-to-date as to what was happening with my vehicle, and someone was always around to take my calls. Nice people.

I felt like Josh was very upfront about everything and that he was working with my interests in mind throughout the process. And I almost was never able to leave a message because the office admin would ensure that I was able to talk with somebody every time I called, or she would find the information I needed herself.

Very pleases with my repair but I would have liked the option to get an estimate for hail damage prior to turning my vehicle in for repair. The GM and service consultant were very professional and were very detailed with answers regarding my specific repair.

Body work looks great… However, I believe there may have been an issue overlooked. After the vehicle was involved in the accident, I could hear tattering and popping around the front passenger side bumper/wheel and assumed it was part of the damage. The popping is still present and sounds like it could be in the wheel area. Need to schedule a time to have it looked at to ensure it’s not something to do with the frame or axle.
