The staff was great! The repair on the car was fast, and the communication was excellent! Car rental was the easiest experience I have ever had. Hopefully, I won’t ever need collision repair again…but if I do, I’m coming back to Caliber Collision.

It was a long process, my vehicle was in the shop a month and two days. According to the shop advisor the insurance (Fred Loya) kept delaying everything. At first the communication was not that good, the shop (Calliber) did not really inform me of anything, I was the one calling and texting to see what was going on. At the end the communication was a lot better and the advisor helped me the best way he could. Thanks!

I am totally satisfied with the way Mark assisted me. He helped me out through out the whole process, it took more than a month to get my vehicle back but according to Mark at Caliber, the insurance took a long time to approve the supplement. After all, really happy with the way the vehicle looks. Thanks!
