I don’t know why the message center is constantly saying brake monitor and my radio, electronics now takes so long to come on after the vehicle starts. Also one of the pocket mats located on the driver side below the console for some reason had been changed to one that doesn’t fit, the replacement is too big. These issues weren’t there when I brought my suv to the shop. Also I spoke to Geico and the adjuster said all dents and scratches were suppose to be removed and that he was going to contact Caliber.

Kandi is a gem. She communicated every step, explained every detail, and answered every question and concern. She went above and beyond what I expected. As for the overall team: incredible friendly and helpful, and I loved seeing them enjoy their job with jokes, laughter, and positive atmosphere. Although I hope to never have to use a collision repair company again, if I ever do, this is the location I want taking care of me.
