It would have remained at 10 until, I believe some damage sustained to the opposite side of the collision repair was not there before. After making Sam aware of the concern, the rudeness was unparalleled to the initial level of customer service that I had received initially received. Moreover, when I call to let her know that I would be returning that day she cut me off mid-sentence stating that my car had "significant damage in that area." The damage I called her about was not significant neither was it a need for her to address a customer in that manner. After advising that I would be handling it with the Office Manager she persisted and offered the GM. Completely out of order. There is a chain of command. After advising she should in a Customer Service situation left me alone and allowed her managers to engage her not her engage me any longer. The customer is not always right, but in this case when I requested deal managment Sam and I had no more business to discuss. She is the most unprofessional. The idea of service is not to verbally attack the customer if there is a concern. Do better!
