Initially, it was a 10 But I had to bring car back because a water flap under the car fell off. I was told to bring it in and they told me they would call me on July 1st. To schedule a time for them to replace the item, but I have not heard back from them. On July 1, at 4:30 pm. I left a message for them to call me back, but I have not heard back. Today is July 2 at 6:41pm. To bot return my phone call is extremely unprofessional.

The whole team was amazing from beginning to end , the check in process with Kerri and Jess was absolutely amazing and smooth. during the time my car was there , the General manager called me to check in and let me know the progress and asked if there was anything else they can do to make the process smoother . I am more than satisfied and highly recommend this team .
