I love Caliber! Kandi kept me updated with the repairs and I never had to hunt her down to get info. She was pleasant and friendly every time we spoke. You all took care of my car and I’ll never go anywhere else for my car repair needs!

I was told I would get an estimate for additional damage needing repair on the other side of the vehicle and never did. I also had to pay 3 additional days of rental car fees since my car had to be transported from Downtown Memphis due to Arlington staffing issues. I got a call at closing time on Friday that my car was ready to pick up at Caliber but I’d have to wait until Monday to do so. I feel I should be reimbursed by caliber for those rental fees.

The facility and service advisor were a 10!! The delay of 3 weeks to complete seemed rxcessive. The glass took 2 weeks to receive and another week to install.

My car was really taken care of here, Kandi was very communicative and kind and I really appreciate her taking care of me. I appreciate also those who fixed up my car and made it nice and shiny! For my moneys sake I hope I don’t have to come back any time soon, but for service sake, should I need it ever again I’ll be back here!
