The service guy mentioned he would clean the headlights, so I was under the impression both headlights would be cleaned but only 1 was cleaned. Now I have 1 clean and 1 dull headlight.

I was extremely impressed as Candi explained the whole process of repairing my Audi A3. Your team made me feel completely comfortable leaving my car in their hands. I was pleasantly surprised when Candi called me to say that my car was ready earlier than expected. I was impressed with Candi’s professionalism. Caliber was identified as one of the recommended shops by Geico, I chose to visit the shop to see if I felt welcome enough to leave my baby with you all. It took all of 3 minutes to make my mind up. Carrie got us set up in the system for the following morning. Jessica met us as we were leaving. The next morning Jessica met us and us and completed the intake, I was so impressed with the customer service at this point and it continued until completion. Thank you for getting my Armada back together and doing a great job!
