Kandi provided excellent customer service throughout our entire repair process. She consistently kept us informed about the progress and took the time to walk us through a variety of options for completing the repairs. We especially appreciated how sensitive and compassionate she was, understanding that the incident which led to our vehicle needing repairs also resulted in an injury to a member of our family. Her professionalism, communication, and empathy truly made a difficult situation much easier to navigate.

Caliber did a fantastic job with the body of my car. After my accident my vehicle looked cosmetically challenged but they turned it back to normal in a few short weeks. They went through multiple inspections before returning it back to me to make sure it was in good conditions for my safety and gave it back to me looking like it just came off the lot. They did a wonderful job even in the snow days my vehicle was returned to me within 30 days.

The repairs were done to factory specifications and looked great. Excellent staff who keeps you updated. My repair took longer, being such a new truck and we had a snow storm which shut down a lot of businesses in the Memphis areas it was very understandable.

Corbin, my technician, was very respectful, knowledgeable, and exhibited great concern for my Jeep Compass vehicle. Apparently he worked diligently to have my vehicle ready on today, February 13th, his estimated time of delivery. Corbin not only fixed the back bumper on my vehicle, but he also gave me an explanation of what had to be repaired. He returned it to me clean with all damage smoothly touched up with matching paint. I don’t know why the message center is constantly saying brake monitor and my radio, electronics now takes so long to come on after the vehicle starts. Also one of the pocket mats located on the driver side below the console for some reason had been changed to one that doesn’t fit, the replacement is too big. These issues weren’t there when I brought my suv to the shop. Also I spoke to Geico and the adjuster said all dents and scratches were suppose to be removed and that he was going to contact Caliber.
