what a fantastic experience Xan and all of the staff were friendly knowledgeable and provided excellent service. They are very organized and timely, i knew my car would be brought back to looking new again just by the profesional way they conduct themselves. i was kept updated on the progress and all repairs were explained to me and even getting a loaner car was easy. I felt completely taken care of. I didn't do anything more than drop my car off and pick it up. I didn't have to deal with getting the rental or returning it. There was no hassle with paperwork. Steve and the front reception did an amazing job assisting us with our repair. This was our first body repair and we were unfamiliar with the process. Steve answered questions we were unsure of. We were not authorized a rental from Allstate until our vehicle was inspected for parts that needs to be replaced. Steve specifically told us all state does it differently that definitely inconveniences the customer. Steve went out of his way at closing time to inspect our vehicle to let all state authorize a rental for us while our vehicle was being repair. Definitely recommend Steve for future repairs. Also thought it was awesome this location returned our rental vehicle to enterprise. 10/10 experience
